Since 1 April 2010, Environment Agency bailiffs have checked about 1,300 anglers for licences at more than 500 locations across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. A few have been found to be taking a chance and fishing without a licence – consequently, they have been issued with offence tickets and may appear in court. read more ...
