my best mate had 23 roach and 5 chubb today and they all come in the last hour and a half between shonks mill bridge and the big oak. i knew he would struggle with such a bright sun. he was with another friend who cleared off biteless at 2pm. he parked in shonks mill car park and walked the whole of stanford rivers stretch and back without a single bite. he tried under the bridge before leaving and his float buried. he kept sending me pictures of his fish which i really wanted after mucking up 2 good bites at passingford bridge saturday.
