word is the problem is with Blunts and they close Cants as a precaution. To be honest i am re-newing my membership for this coming season and i have booked to do a working party but all things considered this might be my last year. i will also join BDAA this year as they have more waters my way plus the rivers Wid and Roding and i do love my river fishing.

has anyone done a night at cants ? if they did i am shure they are in coneyhatch by now. the place is a nightmare in elm street to fish.
Its more akin to a fish mongers convention then a fishery.
By the way why! is there so many fish there,has anyone found out the reason for this. Maybe they should have gone on the pill !

you'll have to be an insomniac to do a night on cants!! cants has been netted twice and a lot of the smaller carp have been transported to a lake in somerset..so it's gradually being thinned out.
